At www.gehnastore.in, we are dedicated to providing shopping convenience, exceptional service, and an exciting product selection at competitive prices. Prices and availability of the products and services provided or offered on the site are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of company
6. GST (Goods and Services Tax)
All products apply GST and prices displayed on our website excluded the GST rate, GST% and GST amount will be calculate upon checkout.
7. Packaging
Usually, boxes/ packaging is done according to the order quantity. Gehna offers customers the option to request gift packing. Gift packing with a charge of 250 INR on request. Once the request is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Charges for gift packing are non-refundable unless Gehna is unable to fulfil the request.
To request for gift packaging, please contact our customer support team at +91-9145842500. The availability of gift packing is subject to Gehna, Jaipur discretion.
8. Mode of payment
Payments for the products available on Site and app may be made in the following ways:
– UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking,
– Online payments are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.
– Cash On Delivery option is currently not available.
All online payments are handled by authorized Payment Gateways considering transaction security measures mandated by RBI and other regulatory authorities. Gehna, Jaipur is not responsible for any breach of information, or inappropriate transactions.
9. Credit Card Details
You agree to provide accurate and correct credit card details for availing services on the site. You must use your lawfully owned credit card in any credit card transaction.
10. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is not available.
11. Cancellation and Changes by Customers
Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification. A cancellation or modification request will be considered only if the order hasn’t been shipped. If the mentioned criteria are matched, please email admin@gehnastore.in, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
12. Sale and Promotion
The sale runs till stock lasts. Duration of sale is at the sole discretion of Gehna, Jaipur and it reserves the right to extend or terminate the sale, without further information at any point in time.
- The products can be removed/changed/added under the Sale category and the discounted prices can also be changed. It will be at the sole discretion of Gehna, Jaipur.
- No return or Exchange will be accepted on the sales items. For more details read our returns and refund policy.
